1. Complete the New Client Form

We gather essential business information to set up your account, including business name, contact details, pickup/delivery locations, operating hours, and key contacts.

2. Review & Sign the Service Agreement

Our Service Agreement outlines scope of services, liability, payment terms, scheduling expectations, and compliance requirements. Once signed, your account becomes active.

3. Receive Your Rate Schedule

You’ll receive a customized rate sheet based on region, volume, frequency, and special requirements. We review this together for full transparency. We offer flexible pricing and will work with you to reach an agreement that meets your transportation needs. 

4. Account Setup & Communication Preferences

We confirm communication preferences, delivery confirmation methods, billing contacts, and any special handling instructions.

5. Schedule Your First Pickup

Once active, you can begin scheduling single pickups, weekly routes, club shipments, or retail/distributor deliveries.

6. Ongoing Support & Partnership

As a Vintners Way Transport client, you receive reliable temperature‑controlled transport, case‑level accuracy, clear communication, professional drivers, and priority scheduling for recurring clients.
